Steve Kiongozi is a passionate Team Building Facilitator, Leadership Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Event Planner, and Community Development Professional with experience designing and facilitating impactful programmes for schools, youth groups, NGOs, corporate organizations, faith-based institutions, and community initiatives.

Driven by the belief that every individual and every team has untapped potential, Steve creates highly interactive learning experiences that encourage collaboration, critical thinking, resilience, and purposeful leadership.

His work spans educational institutions, youth empowerment initiatives, advocacy programmes, leadership conferences, and corporate team-building events across Kenya.

Steve believes that transformation happens through participation—not passive listening. Every session is therefore designed to be practical, energetic, memorable, and results-oriented.
